Tasting

The human body has this fabulous ability to interpret scents through our memory.

In order to better understand how our senses work, explanatory sheets are at your disposal. They are articulated in different parts:

• A scientific part on the functioning of scents,
• A technical part about the tasting.

Several tastings are offered on Lyon, they will take place 1-2 times a week starting in October. They will be posted soon.
