Wine is a legacy, which has since always been a vector of social link allowing to share unique moments in good company.
Most wines under 5 years of age, especially taniques red wines and mineral white wines require aerationfor optimum tasting of aromas. Currently, the decanted is used to oxygenate the wine but the expectation is about 1 hour to achieve the best expression of the wine.

How the Aerator Works
Missions of the Vinitem aerator
Following the demand of wine consumers, including ourselves, to want to enjoy wine with their meals, and consequently to decrease this waiting time, the Vinitem Aerator was born. It has been tested, approved and adopted by wine professionals.
The missions of Vinitem are on the one hand to reveal all the aromas of the wine to offer you an optimum tasting, a moment of pleasure and conviviality as soon as the bottle opens.
And on the other hand, to wager in a playful way on the education of the palate, fuelled by explanations on our functioning olfactory and taste.
This represents a amphora, historical and symbolic container of wine and is the only global aerator to use two physical laws (Coriolis and Venturi), all certified to French standards, proudly and fully manufactured in France.
its operation in detail -the aerator arises on the glass or carafe. The wine is poured directly through the aerator. The wine flows by gravity into the helical or revealing plot creating a slight turbulence (Coriolis effect). This vortex flow allows to slowly release the wine molecules to arrive in a cavity where the air and the wine are mixed thanks to the inflows of air in the diagonal hollow tubes (venturi effect).
